Aspyn Geyer
Aspyn has been a Lifeguard at Chinook Pool for the past 6 years. She was inspired to work at the pool because her brother and cousins all worked there when they were in High School and she wanted to be just like them. She is currently attending College at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and her favorite part of being a lifeguard is getting to know the people from the surrounding areas and getting to know the kids that come to the pool everyday.
Aspyn's most memorable moment was cleaning up the pool before opening for the year and having to repaint the gutters in 100 degree weather. One of the most important things people should remember when going to the pool is to ask before you do something that you think might break the rules. She is happy to tell people the rules rather than getting in trouble when they are broken. Her biggest safety tip is to bob to the wall if you are having trouble swimming. Aspyn's favorite thing to do when not at the pool is to fish, go camping and play with her pets. Her favorite animal is a Orca/Killer Whale and her favorite snack and drink is Acai Vitamin Water, Coffee and Salt and Vinegar Chips. Be sure to stop by and say hello to Aspyn!
